100 Days

Celebrating your child's 백일 is an old Korean tradition. 백일/ baek il= 100 days. Back in the day, not all babies survived passed their 100 days - how devastating.

Happy 100 Days, sweet Colette!

Here's whassap....
You think High School and SATS are tough then you go to College.
You go to College and you have so much work and then you start work.
You think wedding planning is hectic and there's so much to think about.
You think being pregnant is tough then you go through giving birth.
You have a child and giving birth is nothing compared to your life now.
Then you have a second child and it's way more tough than ever being pregnant and everything else before.

It's life!

There's always going to be something, but I'm looking forward to a more steady lifestyle and can't wait until my last child enters Kindergarten, paid off debt, paying off mortgage, [but start saving for kids' college+. see there's always something ;], vacation more freely, and get to enjoy a tad bit more [well your kids turning teens is a horror too:].

Coco and Sleep at 3 Months

Colette will be 3 months tomorrow! Last week she slept her first full night. 11 glorious hours nonstop. [But I'm still getting up to pump. *&@UVF*@%^FI]
Then yesterday she started rolling over so much. And yes, she rolled over while sleeping several times. Couple of those times she woke herself up, and went back to sleep. But once, she realizes her diaper is wet.. and oh yeah now she's hungry too. So we did that once in the middle of the night. Then she woke/rolled herself up early at 5:45am.
Stop rolling and don't crawl, baby. :P

Postpartum Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

So guess what!? My fingers, hands, and arms have been falling asleep every night I've been going to sleep for a month now. And when I'm up, my fingers are tingly pretty much the whole entire day and night. I only have half feeling in my fingers. Yay! :/ I have postpartum carpal tunnel.

It can be from pumping, holding child certain way, or for no reason at all and just because your nerve decided to go that way, lol. Carpal tunnel syndrome has also been reported in non breastfeeding mothers. It can take a few weeks to a few months after delivery for the symptoms to resolve, but it usually clears up completely.

Mima Moon

The new Mima Moon comes in 6 colors and retails for $500.

It looks and acts just like the Fresco Bloom. It has all the same features. What a copy cat! At least make it cheaper so I would think of buying it. I would much rather get the Fresco Bloom compared to this for the price - hello.

Guys who are fathers

It's really funny talking to guys who are fathers and guys who are not. Obviously, right? :P Talking about engorged boobs with guys who are fathers genuinely feel bad for you and sympathize with you. They understand. Talk about one detail about labor with guys who are not fathers and they are freaked the EFF out which is totally understandable. ;] lol

Nursing

I absolutely hate breastfeeding. I can't wait until I'm finished. Forget about a "push" gift, it's all about "breastfeeding" gift, man! Breastfeeding was harder than labor for me. BF [not boyfriend] is one of the hardest things in life for me.

You produce too little, it's a problem. You produce too much, it's a problem. HURTS LIKE HECK!! Stresses me out for days.

My pump comes with me 90% of wherever I go. I pumped numerous times at the mall too. I'm a slave to this dumb machine.

Every single AM I wake up to pump while my baby is sound asleep, I want to punch someone, but don't have any energy to do it. Sometimes I mentally punch my husband .... I'll be like, "UGH BABE WAKE UP!" And it's 0% his fault. Hahaha I am soooo bad. I'm a terror!

Ugh, I dont even want to write about nursing. I'm done. I hate it. For many reasons.

Thank you breastmilk for keeping my baby healthy. I will never, ever miss you.

Ugh, I can't believe I have to do it again with all the other kids. :/
