NYE

Going to one of our last New Year's Eve Parties............. for a WHILE. SNIFF SNIFF. I don't remember the last time I didn't drink my face off in the city for NYE. lol sorry that's who I am.... or shall I say who I used to be. haha so depressing.

I'll probably pass out before midnight, get annoyed of being around ALL drunk people :], and be annoyed taking my drunk husband home, but I shall put on my dress and celebrate!!

Goodbye 2013! 2013 was def my year. I went out so much during the weeknights. God, You were amazing to my husband and me in so many ways with his career, our marriage, and our experiences!!! Thank you for blessing us with our first child end of summer.

Hello 2014 to a new chapter in our lives. CHANGED... FOREVER.........NO... turning... back. lol. Ok, let's do this!

Bad Girl/Bump or Good Girl/Bump?

A little baby bump came out for the first time 2 weekends ago on a weekend night. I was like oh whoa! The next day it went back in. For a whole week, that tiny [I say tiny not to say I'm tiny, but because when I just say baby bump some people got overly excited :[ baby bump was gone. Ok.... Then this past Friday, it came back out!! And the next day, it went back in and I don't have my baby bump anymore. I promise I'm telling the truth, lol. Couple of my girlfriends and my husband know what I'm talking about bcos they felt it that one night, then it was gone, and then felt it Friday night again. I think it's because on those particular days I ate A LOT.

So as a joke:
I said, "Colette is such a "nah rah rhee" party girl diva who only makes appearances on the weekends! What a bad girl."
My husband defends Colette saying, "Coco is a good girl - she studies during the week and ONLY comes out on the weekends!"
Lol we're both obviously just joking, but dang my husband was quick to be on her side and see her from a positive light, hahaha!

Between the hours of around 2:30-5:30pm, I can eat a meal [not big meal] every hour! I dont know what it is, but around the afternoon times I extra hungry! Yay :D Colette is super hungry then!

On a side note, I'm petrified of postpartum depression and the labor recovery. Labor doesn't scare me as much. It's [1] the aftermath in the hospital, [2] the first couple weeks recovering, and [3] first couple months.

4 Months

Same for 4 months:
-sense of strong smell. ugh. hence no cooking.
-lack of appetite. cravings havent really begun yet.
-headaches and nausea. good thing I have prescribed meds for it to help!
-body, skin, and weight is same for all 4 months so far. of course that will drastically change!!
-im lazy and boring as heck.
-simple tomato and mozzarella caprese has been my go to fave since early on! 

New starting 4 Months: 
-just started to pee more often, but don't pee that much. so all that work just to pee a little and so often is tiring, hehe. dont pee much in middle of night yet. i need my sleep!
-new found excitement for our baby GIRL!


Not much is new and I still don't really "feel" pregnant. I just feel lazy and tired. No real baby bump for me to touch or look at yet. :/ I still don't fully believe it! :D

-I'm going to become chan bap - saying in Korean that translates to "cold/old rice" meaning I'll become old news and 2nd best, lol.
-You're going to look at her the way you look at me now with those loving eyes. [lol!]
-I'm going to have to stop YOU from spoiling her. [I'm the spoiler and spender all the time, anytime while Ty is the saver and spender on certain occasions.]
-You have absolutely NO clue how wrapped around her finger you will always be.

It's a GIRL!!!!

I REALLY wanted our first born to be a baby girl! I am so happy and excited! I feel like my life is complete, lol.

Nursing Bras - You! Lingerie

I don't quite know exactly just yet how nursing bras and tops work. While I was browsing Gilt.com last night, I found You! Lingerie Nursing Bras so I got a few of them [reminder to baby brains to get the appropriate cup size when nursing].
Best looking nursing bras I've seen so far. Most nursing bras do not look like these at all. :] I'll let you know if they're as good as any nursing bra.

Postpartum Depression

I've mentioned in the past that I'm one of the first among my friends to get married and have a baby. I go through stuff first which I wouldn't change, but friggin labor++ is worrisome and scary. Going through labor, LABOR RECOVERY, and possible postpartum are my fears. I'm glad I can be there for my friends if they have questions in the future. I'll be more confident in reassuring them and answering their questions which I'm excited for.

So friends what I want to say is please come visit me AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE, ESP in the beginning after I give birth. Please email me and don't let my mind go crazy by myself. THANK YOU ;]

Lately...

I am SO boring. I am soo lazy. Most of my time is spent in bed, and I love it. I walk to the kitchen and straight back into bed with water or food, go to the bathroom, and stay in bed. I try to go out once a day which is usually for a lunch or dinner date. Then I'm tired after. I don't cook right now. My sense of smell is so strong. I hate anything loud. I go to bed very early. I really miss boxing a lot, but I get tired just putting the bed sheets on. I don't have much to talk about. So not like the normal me. I'm always tired. LOL sounds so fun and productive.

My life motto before was "Just do it - now!" and that's how I lived my life. That is totally out the window, and I am the complete opposite. It takes me an hour just to get out of bed. I'm just chilling not doing anything... not playing on my phone or laptop. It takes me an hour everyday to get up from doing nothing!

My current life motto has been "I do what I want." And it feels great :]

Gross TMI

Guess what I did? Whenever I was hungover in my past years, I feared for the day that I would be sitting on the toliet AND need to vomit ...........at the same time. I've felt this way before, but never did - until recently. This happened to me and it happened twice in one night. AND at someone else's house. I didn't care too much that it happened when I wasn't home bcos I was so glad I was just at a bathroom that I could do this. I was so grateful I wasn't on the road or something and I was able to let all this bad stuff out of my body! It hurt so bad I was just happy that it happened. But seriously ew how gross!! LOL
