Update on that TTC Diet

So I add milk [yak] with my sweet potato or whatever then have a sugar snack right after. I amazingly discovered this bad [health wise] dip for veggies which I love eating with my very healthy veggies. I have a salad [barely ever] and add pasta, corn, and 10 other non healthy things to the salad. That is the only way I can eat healthy foods right now.


Me: No I'm just going to keep eating what I eat now [bad stuff like sugar, junk, etc.], and just addddd the healthy stuff.

Husband: That's like you saying you're going to continue smoking, but run at the same time.

Me: Yeah exactly.

Husband: !?

Me: ???...!..????.......
